I then went back into home care and that's where this company was birthed, after having a lot of meetings with my Pastor concerning direction about this business. From children to seniors, our loving Chicago Home Care caregivers will care for your loved ones like they are our own family. To ensure that our clients receive the right care, all our caregivers go through extensive orientation prior to placement and during placement. All caregivers must pass FBI background checks as well as pass Drug screening prior to being hired. During the time of employment, background checks and drug screening are followed up on to ensure that clients continue to get the right caregiver. We offer a full range of homemaker, private-duty nursing, and medication management services. Our homemaker services department is tailored to provide plans that give our seniors and other adult clients the right amount and the right type of help to support independent living at home. Chicago home care services are provided by special caregivers who are trained and compassionate to promote independent living to its fullest. The Divine Compassion Hospice team includes a doctor, nurse, social worker, counselor, chaplain, home health aide, and trained volunteers.

Our Chicago IL in-home caregivers are dedicated to meeting your needs regardless of the situation. We are equipped and prepared to meet all kinds of needs, from Tracheostomy Care to simple Errand Assistance. What a great agency, my mother is currently a client here and I just love it. The caregiver is always on time and very hands on with my Mother.. Professionally great, the caregiver they assigned to my grand dad was a life safe.
Our caregivers are supervised by Registered Nurses , Licensed Practical Nurses , and Certified Nursing Assistants . Patient is assigned a case manager nurse, who typically visits one to three days a week. Hospice patients and their caregivers can also access an on-call nurse 24 hours per day. If your loved one cannot drive, our caregivers are available to help do their errands including grocery shopping. If you need help running errands yourself, our caregivers are available to provide companion.
Working under some of the best nurses and doctors, not forgetting the ladies I worked with. I could mention some of the wonderful ladies but I'll keep them in my heart. Others were there to push me straight into my destiny, however, I thank all of them for making me the person I am today.

Divine Companion Care is a non-medical home care company dedicated to providing the best care to our clients at their most comfortable environment, their home. Started as a PCA then moved up to HHA where I worked as an HHA for many years. Throughout the years I have worked in Assisting Living, also in a Hospital for over four years.
Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, supervision and medical care. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals.
